Choose from our two fantastic party packages, complete the booking form, and leave the planning to us. We’ll take care of the details, so you can relax and enjoy every magical moment of the celebration!
1. Essential Package:
- £16.50 per person
- Birthday child and party organiser comes free

- Priority booking for science show that’s already on
- 1hr 45 mins to explore galleries and Burrow

2. Discovery Package:
- £25.00 per person
- Birthday child and party organiser comes free
- Trained party host
- Private lunch space for 30 mins with kids’ lunchbox and unlimited juice
- Priority booking for the science show that day
- Private 30 min workshop
- Birthday present for the birthday child
- 1hr 15 mins to explore galleries and Burrow

Party slots are available at weekends (excluding February and October half terms), starting at 10am and, 11am
2. Let's talk lunch!
Partiers receive a lunchbox, including a sandwich, a packet of crisps, a piece of fruit and some confectionery.

T&Cs... the serious bit:
Any additional children who are not included in the party will be charged at the party rate of £9.60 and will not be catered for.
We request that the guest list and any dietary requirements be sent via email at least 7 days before the party so that guests can sign in on arrival. Any children not on the list will be required to pay the admission fee.
Actual numbers will be confirmed on the day, any additional guests will be added to the final bill. The balance must be paid in full on completion of your party. Please check your bill before payment as any discrepancies cannot be rectified later.
You will have the use of a private party room for lunch. A trained Enabler will manage your event. Please be aware that there will be other parties running on the day and you may be requested to vacate the Party Room to facilitate another child’s party on completion of your 30-minute lunch booking.
We remind guests that whilst the Enabler will help to ensure the smooth running of the event, it is the responsibility of the organiser to supervise the party and organise for other adults to help with the supervision. We require a 1:5 adult to children ratio.
Each guest can bring one parent or guardian free of charge, who will not be catered for.
We do not provide a birthday cake or candles. No candles are permitted on the premises. Party bags may be requested at a cost of £3.50 per child and contain a selection of small toys.

Pay and Display Parking is available on the site.
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. At the end of the party, the organiser is responsible for making sure all children are collected by their parents and guardians before they leave Eureka!
